Located just minutes from Letchworth State Park, Three Falls Cidery and it's sister business the Castile Cider Mill, is a fourth-generation agricultural business rooted in the heart of Western New York, with a proud history stretching back over 90 years. Housed in a historic 1820s building that once operated as a lumber mill, flour mill, and creamery, the property became a working cider mill in the 1930s and remains a beloved part of the local community.

Visitors are invited to enjoy a truly unique, hands-on experience—from watching sweet apple cider being pressed in-season, to smelling fresh fry cakes as they’re hand-dropped into the fryer and tasting award-winning hard ciders in the Letchworth-themed tasting room. The room itself features a large section of the original 1875 steel bridge that once spanned the Genesee River in Letchworth State Park, adding a tangible piece of local history to the experience. Just outside, a spacious deck overlooks Wolf Creek, offering a peaceful place to relax and sip cider.

Customer favorites include the sweet apple cider, made fresh during the season, and the locally famous fry cakes, which are made daily and often sell out early. The newest addition, Three Falls Hard Cider, has earned multiple medals and is available year-round in the tasting room.

Castile Cider Mill is more than a business—it’s a community tradition. Owners Dan and his wife chose the name to honor the generations of local families who have supported the mill for decades, with the hope that someone from the community will one day carry it forward for generations to come.
