Bray Farms has a 1400 tap maple operation. Visitors can see a variety of maple production processes ranging from the state-of-the-art reverse osmosis sap concentrator to the traditional wood-fired evaporator and filter process.
They will be showing the evaporator in operation as well as a tapping and tubing demonstration. Everyone is welcome to come see our newly remodeled sugarhouse. Open every weekend in March in celebration of maple syrup month!
