The Visitor Center is located near the South end of the Park, near Inspiration Point. The visitor center houses the main offices for the park, a staffed desk, informational kiosks, gift shop, bathrooms and has a charging station for electric cars.

Near the Castile Entrance/Exit:

• Located at the Lower Falls between A & B cabins, the restaurant features an expanded menu including daily specials along with ice cream, wood, ice & camping supplies.

• Located between B cabins and the Lower Falls Restaurant, the shop offers drinks & snacks along with nature-themed gifts and a beautiful hummingbird patio.
• Letchworth Gift Shop
• Located inside the Visitor Center, the main gift shop offers drinks & snacks along with a wide selection of Letchworth apparel, gifts & souvenirs.
• Upper Falls Snack Bar
• Located in the Upper/Middle Falls area, the snack bar offers grilled & fried foods, ice cream, drinks & visitor merchandise including cameras & batteries.

Near the Perry Entrance/Exit:

• Highbanks Camp Store
• Located in the heart of the Highbanks Camping Area, this store offers coffee, ice cream, groceries, wood, ice & a variety of camping supplies. This location also has laundry facilities & an arcade.

Near the Mt. Morris Entrance/Exit:

• Highbanks Pool Snack Bar
• Located at the Highbanks Harvey Pool, the snack bar offers food, drinks & anything you'll need to enjoy a great day at the pool.
• Dam Overlook Cafe & Gift Shop
• Located at the Dam Overlook, this shop offers a coffee bar, snacks & ice cream along with a wide selection of Letchworth apparel, gifts, souvenirs & tourism brochures & information.
